Frequently asked questions

OEM references and parts search

Where can I find an IVECO OEM part number?

Look on the existing part, its packaging or a previous workshop invoice. Not every marking is an orderable OEM reference: some identify manufacturing batches or castings. If the reference is unclear, verify it against the vehicle's documents and an appropriate parts catalog with a qualified specialist before choosing a replacement.

Are VIN and OEM numbers the same?

No. A VIN identifies a vehicle; an OEM reference identifies a part. The search field is intended for part references. A VIN is useful in an appropriate vehicle parts catalog, but this website does not provide a verified VIN fitment lookup or automatically identify compatible parts for your particular vehicle.

Why does search show no IVECO parts or prices?

Search checks the imported IVECO parts catalog using the submitted OEM reference. If no result appears, check the reference or contact info@partsinn.lt. An empty result does not establish that the part is discontinued.

What does a supersession reference mean?

A supersession can identify an updated catalog reference. A similar number or description alone does not confirm interchangeability. Before choosing another reference, check manufacturer information, application restrictions and the specific vehicle version. Without that evidence, do not treat different parts as confirmed replacements; a link between references is not a fitment guarantee.

What if the part carries several numbers?

A single part can carry several markings: the manufacturer's reference, a casting or batch code and a supplier stamp. The OEM reference is the one used to order. If you cannot confirm it, email photographs of the part and its label to info@partsinn.lt and we will check the reference against the data available to us.

IVECO models and compatibility

How should I select IVECO Daily parts?

The Daily name is not sufficient: vans and chassis cabs can differ by year, engine, drivetrain, wheelbase and equipment. Start with an exact OEM reference and verified information about the particular vehicle. Do not select a part solely because its description says Daily or its photograph resembles the old component.

Do all Eurocargo versions use the same parts?

Do not infer compatibility from the model alone. Eurocargo vehicles have different chassis, engines, axles and equipment, so brake, suspension and other assembly parts may differ. Suitability must be supported by the particular vehicle's documentation and exact reference, rather than the general truck name or a generic parts category.

Are S-Way parts interchangeable with other IVECO trucks?

A shared brand or similar appearance does not prove interchangeability. Different generations and specifications can use different assemblies. A confirmed relationship must come from manufacturer parts documentation for the exact references and vehicle. Model information on this website is contextual; it is not a compatibility list or confirmation of a replacement.

Does a photograph confirm that a part fits?

No. Similar-looking parts may have different connections, dimensions or technical specifications. Vehicle photographs provide brand context, while a packaging illustration is not a photograph of the actual component. Selection should rely on an exact OEM reference and verified application for the particular vehicle, not visual resemblance.

What vehicle information should I provide when asking?

Send the model, year of manufacture, engine designation, VIN and, if you have it, the OEM reference of the old part. With that information we check suitability in manufacturer and supplier databases. Such a review helps with selection but does not replace your responsibility to provide complete and accurate vehicle data.

Maintenance and technical information

How should I choose filters and maintenance parts?

Check the vehicle's engine, manufacturer maintenance documents and exact part references. A filter category or model name alone is insufficient. Oil, fuel and air filters have different functions, and their specifications depend on the particular version. A general article does not replace a manufacturer-approved parts list.

At what intervals should I replace IVECO maintenance parts?

There is no universal interval for every IVECO vehicle. Follow the maintenance plan of the particular vehicle, its working conditions and the manufacturer's requirements. Severe duty or specific operating conditions can matter. We do not publish invented mileage or oil specifications here; check technical requirements in the documentation.

Can I fit brake parts myself?

Brakes are a safety-critical system. Fitting, diagnosis and inspection must be carried out by a competent specialist following the manufacturer's instructions for the particular vehicle. A short product name is not a fitting manual. Confirm the correct reference before repair and do not judge condition or suitability from a photograph alone.

Is this store an official IVECO dealer?

PARTSinn is an independent parts store, not the IVECO manufacturer and not its official website. The IVECO name is used to describe the store's specialisation. The official IVECO website is the source for manufacturer model information; it does not endorse our store or confirm compatibility of a particular part.

Do you offer fitting or diagnostic services?

No. PARTSinn is an independent parts store, so we do not fit, diagnose or service vehicles. Confirm the part reference before installation and follow the manufacturer's instructions; safety-critical systems should be handled by a qualified specialist.

Part origin, quality and packaging

Are these genuine IVECO OEM parts?

We supply genuine OEM automotive parts, and the supply chain consists of manufacturers, authorised distributors and logistics partners. Manufacturers replace OE numbers regularly and packaging or labels may differ, which does not by itself make a part a substitute or non-original.

Why does the delivered part number differ from my old one?

Manufacturers continually replace OE numbers with updated references. Where an officially superseded part is recognised as the direct replacement, delivering it is not an incorrect delivery, even if the printed number on the box differs.

Does "Available to order" mean the part is in stock?

No. It means the part can be ordered. Availability and quantity depend on supplier data, so we do not guarantee physical stock. If a part becomes unavailable, we inform you by email.

Can you provide documents proving origin?

An electronic VAT invoice is issued with every order and counts as an original accounting document. If you need additional documents, ask at info@partsinn.lt before purchasing.

Do IVECO parts fit other truck brands?

No. This store is dedicated to IVECO parts. We do not display similar parts from other brands, and an IVECO reference does not mean the component fits another manufacturer's vehicle.

Ordering, price and payment

Can I order and pay online now?

Yes. Add the selected part to your cart and place an order with your PARTSinn account. Price, delivery charge and available payment methods are confirmed in the order summary. Creating an order does not mean it has been paid.

How can I find out a price and delivery time?

Email info@partsinn.lt with the exact part reference, the quantity you need and the delivery country. Until a confirmed offer exists, price, availability and timing are not agreed. A general delivery explanation is not a stock or despatch promise for a particular part; final terms must be confirmed by an offer.

Which currency are prices shown in and do they include VAT?

Prices are set in euro. Prices shown to consumers include 21% VAT unless clearly stated otherwise; business customers may be shown prices excluding VAT where tax rules allow. Delivery costs, customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are displayed separately.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are accepted through Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer. Orders are generally processed after successful payment authorisation, and bank transfers after cleared funds have arrived. Payment providers handle authorisation and fraud prevention.

Can the price change before my order is accepted?

Yes. Prices may change until the order is accepted, while accepted orders are not affected by later changes. In the case of an obvious pricing mistake the seller may decline the order.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. VAT invoices are issued electronically and are treated as original accounting documents. Business customers must supply accurate company details before ordering; issued invoices may be corrected only where the law allows.

Delivery and shipments

Which countries do you deliver to?

Products are delivered throughout the European Union. We select the logistics partners, and parts may be dispatched directly from manufacturers or authorised distributors.

How long does delivery take?

The usual window is 5-14 working days after the order is accepted. The estimate is indicative: it depends on supplier availability, customs authorities, transport companies and force majeure events.

Why do my parts arrive in separate shipments?

Different parts can be dispatched from different supplier centres, so one order may arrive in several shipments. This is normal.

Who is responsible for an inaccurate delivery address?

The customer provides the delivery address. Products returned because of incorrect address details may incur additional delivery charges, and resulting delays are not the seller's responsibility.

What should I do with a damaged shipment?

Inspect the delivery immediately. Where possible, report visible damage to the carrier while accepting the parcel and notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Keep the packaging, courier label and photographs of the damage.

Returns and withdrawal

Can I withdraw from a purchase within 14 days?

Consumers in the European Union who buy outside their trade, business or profession may generally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to info@partsinn.lt within that period and return the product within 14 days.

When will I be refunded?

Approved refunds are normally processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product or satisfactory evidence of return. The purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery are refunded; premium delivery differences are not.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend tracked and insured shipping so that you hold proof of despatch.

Which part can be returned?

A returned part must not be installed, contaminated with oil or fluids or damaged, and should keep its original packaging, manufacturer labels and accessories. Email info@partsinn.lt before sending the parcel to receive a return authorisation (RMA) reference and address. An RMA number does not by itself mean the return has been accepted.

Can everything be returned?

No. Statutory exceptions apply, for example to products made to a customer's individual specification. Parts sourced specifically for your order may carry supplier-specific return conditions. These exceptions do not limit consumer rights where a product is defective or non-conforming.

Are restocking fees charged?

A restocking fee may apply only to Business Customer returns accepted for commercial reasons. It is disclosed before the return is accepted, reflects the supplier's fee or a reasonable administrative cost, and never reduces mandatory consumer rights.

Warranty and non-conformity

What warranty applies to IVECO parts?

Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity under European Union and Lithuanian legislation: the seller is liable for a lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within the statutory limitation period. A commercial warranty, its duration and scope are set by the manufacturer where one is offered.

What is not covered by warranty?

Coverage does not extend to failure caused by improper installation, ignoring manufacturer instructions, accidental damage, misuse, racing or competition use, commercial abuse, unauthorised repairs or improper maintenance.

What should I do if a part is defective?

Notify us without undue delay with the order number, invoice, VIN where relevant, a description of the defect, a diagnostic report and photographs. The part may need to be returned for inspection by the seller, the manufacturer or an independent expert.

What are my rights if a part does not conform?

Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be waived or limited by any clause.

Business customers, workshops and fleets

Do you support workshops and fleets?

Yes. Workshops, repair companies, fleets and individual owners can contact us about an IVECO parts requirement. Send the OEM references you have, quantities and the information you need by email. Prices, availability and business terms are agreed individually; automatic discounts or guaranteed lead times are not promised on this page.

How do I send a longer parts list?

Email the list to info@partsinn.lt with the OEM reference and quantity for each line, the delivery country and, if available, the VINs of the vehicles. That lets us check availability and prepare an offer.

Do business customers get separate terms?

Yes. Business customers receive electronic VAT invoices, their returns are subject to supplier acceptance, and a restocking fee may apply to returns accepted for commercial reasons. Business customers must inspect products immediately after delivery.

Can you check a part using my VIN?

We can assist by reviewing compatibility using the VIN or other information in manufacturer and supplier databases. Undisclosed modifications, an incorrect VIN or database limitations can still affect the outcome, so the customer remains responsible for complete and accurate vehicle information.

Privacy, cookies and data

Who processes my personal data?

The controller is R2A group, MB (company code 306168417, VAT number LT100015494513, Pramonės pr. 6-113, LT-51267 Kaunas, Lithuania). You can send questions to info@partsinn.lt.

What rights do I have?

Within the EU/EEA you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Rights depend on the legal basis.

Do you store card details?

No. We do not collect full card numbers or security codes; payments are handled by the payment provider. Depending on the method you choose, limited payment data is shared only as far as necessary to process the payment.

Which cookies do you use?

We use necessary cookies for the session, cross-site request protection, the cart and your consent state. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept, and you can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings.
